Founded in 1956, The Casey Key Association (CKA) is dedicated to preserving the unique residential character, natural beauty, and quality of life that make Casey Key one of Florida’s most treasured barrier islands. For more than 70 years, the Association has served as the voice of the community, advocating for residents while protecting the island’s distinctive environment and coastal lifestyle.

The CKA’s mission is to:

    • Preserve the residential character of Casey Key
    • Enhance community security and safety
    • Protect our beaches, bays, wildlife, and natural resources
    • Advocate for residents with local and county officials
    • Keep residents informed through timely communications, meetings, and community events
    • Foster volunteerism and neighborhood engagement

Membership supports many of the Association’s most important initiatives, including Florida Highway Patrol patrols, Flock Security cameras at both island bridges, environmental stewardship, and advocacy on issues affecting roads, bridges, utilities, shoreline protection, and other matters impacting Casey Key.

Members enjoy access to a password-protected website, the annual membership directory, invitations to community events and meetings, and regular updates on issues affecting the island.

Whether you’re a full-time property owner or seasonal property owner, we invite you to become part of The Casey Key Association and help preserve the island we all cherish for generations to come.
